Why choose me? |

|
There are lots of different courses and teachers out there, so you have choice! Before you go away and pick someone else, just consider some important factors when choosing a Tarot teacher:
¨ Find someone with teaching experience. I am providing training and mentoring for TABI’s endorsed readers’ scheme and beginners’ Tarot course. I have also taught modern languages as a private tutor for five years in Germany and over the last two years in the UK.
¨ Students’ success stories should be backed up by testimonials. You can meet fellow students in my Tarot Study once you have enrolled and exchange information. Alternatively, read my guestbook for comments left by my students.
¨ It is important to choose a teacher, who doesn’t create unrealistic expectations. I have noticed a lot of hype on the internet: courses that claim you can learn Tarot in a day; the possibility to make loads of money with your newly acquired skills; promise to teach you how to cast spells with Tarot cards (I noticed a website by a ‘wizard’ offering this sort of thing). Once you have signed up, you realise that it takes much longer to learn Tarot, and certain applications may be fun but ineffective. I’m not telling you lies or make exaggerated claims only to get you signed up.
¨ Choose a teacher, who provides ethical Tarot readings. Personal integrity, honesty and dedication are attributes you should look out for in a teacher. Read my Code of Ethics here.
¨ The price must be right. Check exactly what you get from a home study course. You should be able to ask for a trial lesson before you spend money on the entire course. You can check me out in a one-off online Tarot lesson at a fair price and without further obligation. Course fees vary a lot, so you need to know what you get in return. For my correspondence course I offer unlimited support by e-mail and telephone.
